Collégiale Tonic
Ingredients
3 cl La Collégiale liqueur
±10 high-quality tonic water
Ice cubes
A strip of lemon zest
Preparation
Pour La Collégiale into a glass filled with ice cubes. Top with tonic water, adjusting the amount depending on how strong you want the cocktail to be. Stir gently. Garnish with a lemon zest. Serve.
