Negroni Maison Sicile
Ingredients
- 3 cl Sprezza
- 3 cl Marsà Gran Vermouth
- 3 cl Giardini di Palermo GIN
- Ice cubes
- A slice of blood orange
Preparation
Pour the Sprezza, Marsà and Giardini di Palermo (gin) into a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir lightly. Finish with half a slice of blood orange, if desired. To serve.
Bourbon Sicily
Ingredients
- 2 cl Sprezza
- 2 cl Grappa Amaro
- 2 cl Bourbon
- 2 cl lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Pour the Sprezza, Grappa Amaro, Bourbon and lemon juice into a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir lightly. Serve over ice.
Alto Sprezza
Ingredients
- 4 cl Sprezza
- 1 cl Gin
- 1/2 Lime
- 2 dashes agave syrup
- 6 cl strawberry purée
- 1 egg white
- Crushed ice
- A few red fruits
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for a few seconds. Finish by garnishing with a few berries if you wish. Serve.
Negroni sbagliato Maison Sicile

- 7 cl Sprezza
- Ice cubes

Pour the Sprezza into a glass filled with ice cubes. Add the Prosecco and then the sparkling water. Serve.
Sprezza Spritz
Ingredients
- 4 cl Sprezza
- 10 cl Prosecco
- 2 cl Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- A slice of blood orange
- A few mint leaves

Pour the Sprezza into a glass filled with ice cubes. Add the Prosecco and then the sparkling water. Finish with a slice of blood orange and a few mint leaves if you like. Serve.
Sprezza Tonic
Ingredients
- 5 cl Sprezza
- 10 cl Tonic
- Ice cubes
- A few basil leaves (optional)
Preparation
Pour the Sprezza and Tonic into a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently until the liquid is cold. Add a few basil leaves if you like. Serve.
