Grappa Amaro sour

Ingredients 

• 5 cl Grappa Amaro
• 2.5 cl Lemon juice
• 2.5 cl Sugar syrup
• 1 egg white (optional)
• 2 to 3 Drafts of Angostura bitter
• Ice cubes 

Preparation

Add all ingredients (egg white optional) to a shaker. Blend without ice. Add ice and mix again, vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass or Old Fashioned glass with ice. Sprinkle Angostura Bitter over the top.

PS: Try honey or maple syrup to replace sugar and obtain different flavor profiles.
